TME Digital Signature to Present at 2014 Local Government Information Management and Records Symposium

Auckland, 24 July 2014

The Australasian leader of Digital Signatures Solutions, today announced the company’s founder and managing director is to present at the 2014 local government information management and records symposium to be held in Palmerston North, New Zealand on the 28th – 29th of July.

The symposium, organised by the Association of Local Government Information Management (ALGIM), is designed to bring local and central government records and archive professionals together to share and develop knowledge and identify innovation.

Currently, more than half the documents that require signatures still depend onlengthy, archaic, paper-related processes that may delay essential local government operations. Furthermore, following the latest technological developments, Council’s staffs, suppliers, and ratepayers expect to conduct their proceedings electronically in a timely and efficient way. TME Digital Signature’s solutions meet these expectations and enable councils and central government departments to complete and eSign documents online in a secure and compliant manner.

In his presentation, Mike Eyal, TME Digital Signature’s Managing Director, will discuss and showcase the successful implementation of on-premises and cloud-based digital signature solutions as they are being used by central and local government in New Zealand and Australia, and highlight their resulting benefits.

Digital Signature technology offers the last significant step that allows councils to turn their records management process into a fully automated one,” says Mr. Eyal. “TME Digital Signature’s robust and reputable solutions provide the highest security of personalised X509 PKI Digital Signature components, accompanied by costs savings, improved staff productivity, expedited delivery cycles, and a greener environment. “

Mr. Eyal’s presentation will take place on the morning of 29 July.
